Uintah High School students kicked off the school week Monday morning at the Distinguished Alumni Assembly, this year recognizing Del Dickson of the Class of 2000. Dickson has had a varied career in law, currently helping parents grow their families through adoption and assisted reproduction, while also serving as a private guardian ad litem, representing children in high-conflict custody disputes. Uintah High School shared that during his speech to the student body on Monday morning, Dickson encouraged the students to engage with the world around them and push back against pessimism, anger, and division. “We are still a place where I believe most think we are all created equal,” shared Dickson. “The things this generation will help our world do will be incredible and I look forward to being there cheering you along while you do those incredible things.” Congratulations to Del Dickson on this well deserved honor as the Distinguished Uintah Alumni for 2026.
