The Bureau of Land Management Vernal Field Office has approved documentation for the Alternate Access Road to the Humpback Federal project. The Responsible Official signed a decision record under which the BLM will issue Scout Energy Management LLC a right-of-way to construct and maintain the access road. The project is located in Uintah County and the route will be approximately 813 feet on private surface and 92 feet on BLM-administered land in the designated Greater Monument Buttes oil and gas development Unit.
