Former USU Employee Charged With Misuse Of Funds

A former USU employee has been charged with misusing public funds in Uintah County. According to the Probable Cause Statement, between January 2023 and December 2025, in Uintah County, while Latrisha Fall was an employee of Utah State University, Fall had a credit card issued from the university. During that time frame, unauthorized purchases were allegedly made. Court documents allege that items purchased were for personal use or for the Fall’s private catering business. The amount spent during the time frame was $13,602. The charges include 2nd Degree Felony Unlawful Use of a Financial Card and 2nd Degree Felony Misuse of Public Money.
