Funeral services for Patsy Samuels Rasmussen, age 91 of Vernal, will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Vernal Stake Center (850 W 100 N) with viewings Monday April 6th from 6-8PM at the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary, and Tuesday from 12:45- 1:45 PM at the Chapel.
Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery. Services under the direction of the Blackburn Vernal Mortuary.
