Randlett Man Facing Felony Charges OF Theft And Forgery

A Randlett man is facing felony charges of theft and forgery after allegedly depositing life insurance settlement checks that did not belong to him. According to the Probable Cause Statement, “between April 2024 and September 2025, Redd ‘Rock’ Serawop knowingly and intentionally intercepted at least 10 structured settlement checks totaling $13,500 dollars belonging to his incarcerated nephew which were delivered to Serawop’s residence in Randlett…Serawop fraudulently endorsed three of these checks by forging the victim’s signature.” Serawop is charged with three counts of 3rd Degree Felony Forgery and three counts of 3rd Degree Felony Theft.
