The Uintah High Cheer and Stunt Team competed well at USA Spirit Nationals in California this month. They finished 8th in the nation with their Show routine, 10th with their Sideline Situational routine, and 16th with their Band Chant. “We competed against some incredible teams. They were all amazing to watch,” shares Utes Coach Jana Zufelt.
“Our team performed so well and we couldn’t have asked for more.” The team also had fun seeing Union Cheer and Duchesne Cheer at the competition and loved cheering for them during their performances. A chance to see the team perform locally is happening Saturday, March 14, at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
