Roosevelt has been hopping this month with annual events that always draw a crowd. Last week’s Holly Fair brought thousands to the city for early Christmas shopping and next week locals will throng for another holiday favorite event, the Enchanted Forest. “Every year something happens so special in Roosevelt [during this event] that touches hundreds of people,” shares Duchesne County Chamber Director Irene Hansen. “Somehow it lifts everyone’s spirit and makes each of us a little more grateful for our community and each of our residents.” The Enchanted Forest is being held this year on
