Man On Probation Arrested For Drugs And Failure To Register

A probation check in Duchesne County ended in arrest and additional charges earlier this month. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, during the AP&P compliance check it was discovered that Jeremias Brian Mullins had been using and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked into the Duchesne County Jail. Jeremias admitted to investigators his recent use of methamphetamines. It was also discovered that he had created a Facebook account under the name of Jeremias Mullins but had failed to list it on the Sex Offender Registry which he has been on since 2010. Investigators stated that he has been active on the Facebook account that had been created in 2022. 48-year-old Jeremias Brian Mullins is now facing the additional charges of 3rd Degree Felony Failure to Register and Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance.
