Drugs Found During AP&P Compliance Check

A compliance check with AP&P in Duchesne County ended in arrest after drugs were found in the home. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a K-9 conducted a search of the residence and alerted to two areas which were searched. Two small bags positive for Methamphetamine residue were located. A syringe, burnt foil, pop can with Marijuana residue, and bags containing suspected Methamphetamine were collected. 55-year-old Roger Ernest Cook was arrested. Cook admitted that he had smoked 2 blue Fentanyl pills. Roger Cook is charged with two counts of 3rd Degree Felony Possession/Use of a Controlled Substance, as well as other drug charges. His wife, Halona Cook, was also arrested.
