Several local destinations made a unique tourism list with two of them sitting in the top 5. The article in Atlas Obscura ranks ‘26 Unusual Sites Worth Visiting in Utah’. Number 1 on the list is the Potash Evaporation Ponds in Moab but a close Number 2 is Fantasy Canyon in Uintah County. The Dry Fork Flume Site in Dry Fork Canyon also makes the list in the Number 5 spot. Kings Peak in Duchesne County is number 8 on the list and the next closest site is Nine Mile Canyon in Carbon County at Number 12.
