Aerial Herbicide Treatment In Daggett County Authorized By BLM

Plans to treat cheatgrass in Daggett County have been approved by the BLM. The Marshall Draw-Crouse Bench cheatgrass treatment plan proposes to aerially treat 2,118 acres of cheatgrass with the herbicide Rejuvra and another 372 acres of cheatgrass with Imazapic. The project location is in the Marshall Draw and Crouse Bench areas of Diamond Mountain and includes lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources (UDWR). The decision approving the proposed action was signed February 17th.
