Officers called to assist Adult Probation and Patrol last month found a large amount of Fentanyl and other illegal substances. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, AP&P agents called for assistance for a search of the vehicle of Carly Foster, who is on probation. During the search, a large amount of Fentanyl pills, suspected Methamphetamine, a THC vape pen, and numerous items of paraphernalia were located, including a scale and multiple small empty baggies. There were also loaded syringes, burnt tin foil, and baggies containing suspected Methamphetamine. 30-year-old Carly Sue Foster was arrested and transported to the Duchesne County Jail. She now has added charges of 1st Degree Felony Possession of a Control Substance with Intent to Distribute, as well as other drug related charges.
