The Duchesne County Library System has a new program this year and is ready for residents to get registered. Sign up for the 2026 Super Reader Challenge at the library branch nearest you and once signed up, pick up a tracking bookmark at your library’s circulation desk. Completion prizes will be awarded for both full and at least halfway completions. Something else new this month at the Roosevelt branch library is the ‘Navajo Children Weaving the Future’ art exhibit to be on display starting February 11th.
Other happenings this month at the Roosevelt branch library include lego club on Mondays at 3:30, story times on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, kicks and giggles on Wednesdays, teen hangouts on Fridays from 1:30 to 3, and board game night on the 3rd Fridays of the month. Also to put on the calendar is book club on February 5th at 6pm, movie night on February 13th at 6pm, computer literacy class on February 17th, and a blood drive on February 25th.
