Several items were approved or considered during the November Roosevelt City Council meeting. The contract with the City Attorney was renewed. The contract is with Charles Grant and Stephen Foote who have served as City Attorney since 2012. The contract was renewed for three years starting in 2017. The Council gave unanimous approval. During Council reports it was announced that the Industrial Park paving project is now complete. City Manager Ryan Snow also gave a report explaining that the City is working on next year’s budget and department heads have been asked to develop five-year plans. Due to the 25% increase in cost to the City to use the County landfill, Snow proposed that the City increase the cost of sanitation collection beginning in January. The Council may also be considering an increase to the monthly storm drain fee. The next Roosevelt City Council meeting is scheduled for
