Snow is expected in the mountains above 9000 feet with a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5pm on Christmas Eve until noon on Christmas Day in the eastern Uinta Mountains. The advisory states that total snow accumulations of 6 to 10 inches are expected as well as wind gusts as high as 50 mph.
