The proposed increase in Uintah County Executive Officers pay is on today’s Uintah County Commission agenda, among other items.
The proposed pay increase was initially introduced by Clerk Auditor Mike Wilkins on August 27th during a work session. A public hearing on the matter was held on September 16th during which many community members attended and the majority emphasized their opposition to elected officials seeking and voting on their own raises.
Today’s agenda item is number 5, Executive County Officers salary adjustments. The Uintah County Commission meeting will be held at 3pm in the County Commission Chambers.
