Two inmates of the Uintah County Jail are each facing a new felony charge after a major fight between the pair. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 32-year-old Roberto Alvarez Peralta and 48-year-old Gregory Checora had a physical altercation on October 11th in the early morning hours. Video footage showed that both parties threw multiple strikes and Checora was transported to Ashley Regional Medical Center for his injuries. Both men are charged with 3rd Degree Felony Assault of a Prisoner.
