A man with a history of taking voyeuristic photographs in a public restroom has once again been arrested, this time for drug distribution. The Moffat County Sheriff’s Office announced that the All Crimes Enforcement Team performed a search warrant on a residence and “48-year-old Dustin Hyatt and 46-year-old Tanya Vallejos were arrested on charges related to the Illegal Distribution of Controlled Substances (Methamphetamine). Due to the significant quantity of methamphetamine seized, both individuals face Class 1 Drug Felonies. Hyatt, a previously convicted felon, also faces additional charges of Possession of Weapons by a Previous Offender after officers recovered a rifle, three handguns, and other weapons inside the apartment.” Hyatt’s voyeurism arrest took place in March of this year and it was determined he had placed his phone in the women’s restroom of a restaurant on at least ten occasions in 2024, capturing 51 images of approximately 33 victims. Hyatt is being held on $100,000 bond.
