A man is facing charges in Duchesne County after being pulled over. It was found that the driver, 68-year-old Terry Glen Thayn, had a suspended driver’s license for previous DUIs. He was arrested and while conducting a vehicle inventory, a glass pipe with white crystal substance was located. When asked about the pipe and the substance inside, Thayn told the officer that “it was just meth.” Terry Glen Thayn is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Suspended License, Operating an Unsafe and Improperly Equipped Vehicle, and Failure to Signal. His Bail Hearing is scheduled for July 16th.
