Always finding new ways to serve the community, the Vernal Area Chamber is inviting the public to participate in a unique opportunity as part of the Chamber’s quarterly business seminar next month. Most people are familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality test but what they might not realize is that after 50 years of research and development, the test can be an incredibly useful tool for setting both personal and career goals and then having added insight to follow them through. The Vernal Chamber is inviting anyone in the public interested in taking the assessment to sign up. The assessment will be taken from home on March 6th and the results will be given during the Conference on March 9th. “This is a fascinating opportunity for our community,” shares Chamber Director Joel Brown. “This assessment can be used for anyone looking for a career path from high school kids to adults. It would also be helpful for employers to have their staff take in order to foster the most productive work environment.” While the assessment is normally $50, those who sign up for this event will only have to pay for $20 of that cost. Space is limited. Call the Chamber at 789-1352 to sign up.
