Little Women
appeals to the female population, the show’s opening weekend received high praise and excitement from the men, children and teens in the crowd as well. Aside from the sword fights and humor running throughout the show, the theme of family loyalty and coming of age has resonated with all audience members. Show Director Jennifer Curtis credits the show’s success to the hard work of the cast, crew and additional special effects utilized. This is the first show that the theatre is using production tracks for the music, creating balanced sound and flawless transitions. The show also implements special effects utilizing lighting, fog and even the rigging of a kite that travels above the crowd.
