A Duchesne County man is facing 11 charges of felony child sexual abuse and is being held in Duchesne County Jail without bail. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 30-year-old Isaac Eduardo Jaramillo was arrested on April 28th after interviews took place by the victim at the Roosevelt Children’s Justice Center. The affidavit requested he be held on no bail, stating, “There is substantial evidence to support the charge and through clear and convincing evidence that would constitute a substantial danger to individuals or to the community or is likely to flee the jurisdiction of the court if released on bail.” It also stated that there is alleged ongoing abuse and stalking that would add risk to the victims and family members. Jaramillo is charged with 11 counts of 2nd Degree Felony Sexual Abuse of a Child and 3 counts of Child Abuse Causing Intentional Injury. The judge granted the order to be held without bail.
