A Uintah County man with a history involving illegal narcotics has been arrested on new drug charges. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a search warrant was approved for the residence of 45-year-old Brian Carroll who was out on pre-trial with 8th District Court on distribution and other drug offenses. The search warrant of the home found Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia which included pipes, 2 scales, tooter straws, burnt tin foil, and syringes. Carroll was arrested on new charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The charges were enhanced to a Felony level due to prior convictions.
