In order to get what you want, you have to know where you’re going and Roosevelt City is well on their way. Roosevelt City Council approved a new vision, mission, and guiding principles statement during Tuesday’s City Council meeting. The City’s Vision Statement declares that “Roosevelt is the Energy Hub of Utah.” The City’s Mission Statement boldly states that “Roosevelt City will be economically friendly to business, industry and promote the entrepreneurial spirit by providing essential services that create a safe environment for all citizens to raise their families, worship, enjoy recreational opportunities, and serve in the community.” The Council also approved four guiding principles for the City including Reliability, Community Health and Safety, Communication, and Cooperation.
