The public’s help is being sought as authorities try to find a missing Rangely man. According to the Rio Blanco County Sheriff’s Office, 66-year-old Peter Christian Ruffner has not been seen since Friday, September 29th. Ruffner is a white male, 6 foot 2 inches tall and 220 pounds. Rio Blanco County deputies and search and rescue teams have conducted searches in the area of his residence but there has been no sign of Mr. Ruffner.
