Sales are picking up for Disney’s ‘Newsies’ so now is the time to make plans and purchase tickets for Outlaw Trail Theater’s summer production opening in just two weeks. The show had a massive turnout for auditions with over 140 auditioners. “Disney’s Newsies is a fan favorite and we have over 80 highly talented and dedicated cast members (not to mention staff members) that are putting countless hours into this project,” shares Producer Jay Haslem. “Fans of the Outlaw Trail Theater will see some differences when they arrive at the amphitheater this year. Due to safety concerns and the need for some change, the layout of the stage and the usage of the stage will be new to even the most veteran show-goer! This show is one that will keep the attention of even the youngest viewer,” emphasizes Haslem. “It is a show for the whole family.” In addition to the new stage layout, there will be new dining and snack options. The Grill at Outlaw Trail will be offering a meal, purchased separately from show tickets, served in the ambiance of 1900’s New York City.
