The Duchesne County Library Duchesne Branch knows how to have a good time and will be hosting two special summer reading events. On Wednesday, June 15th at 12:30pm, they will be making seashell turtle and crab magnets. On Wednesday, July 20th at 12:30pm, they will be making mini sand art bottles. Besides these activities, the monthly family movie night will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6pm. The 3rd Thursday at 4:30pm is a monthly tween/teen event. Storytimes continue to be held on Tuesdays at 11:30am. On Monday, June 13th and Monday, June 27th both at 4pm, the Create SNAP-ED program from USU Extension is co-hosting health and nutrition classes. Roosevelt Branch continues to hold multiple story times each week on Tuesdays and Wednesday at 10am and 1pm each day. The story times’ content are the same for all 4 sessions each week. The monthly Board Game Night continues to be held on 3rd Fridays at 6pm, at the Crossroads Senior Center. No child care is provided, but children mature enough to handle the board games are welcome to attend.
