UDOT Update On Gusher Highway 40 Project

by | Jun 1, 2022 | News | 0 comments

After a full 5 days off of work in observance of the Memorial holiday weekend, crews are back to work on the Gusher Highway 40 road construction project. UDOT reports that crews have finished work in the eastbound two lane section of Highway 40 from approximately milepost 125.3 to 126.4 and have removed the temporary signal. On Tuesday, May 31st, one-way traffic began again in this section with the temporary signals as crews began work on the westbound lane. The process for this work includes a cement treated powder that requires time to cure and although crews might not be present in the area during the cure, traffic control will still be in place for the one-way traffic. Motorists can expect minor delays. Questions on Highway 40 road projects can be directed to 855-740-8740 or by emailing US40@utah.gov
