This last week the Uintah FFA Chapter members competed at the 2022 Utah FFA Association State Career Development Events. Over 1,900 FFA members from 90 plus chapters attended. The Nursery/Landscape Team of Audie Christensen, Hadley Horrocks, Jesse Aguilar and Taysia Richens took 1st at State. Audie, Jesse and Taysia were the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd high individuals in the entire event. The Uintah FFA Livestock Team of Blake Holmes, Tanner Birchell, Gavin Cook, and Dason Lister placed 2nd. The Uintah FFA Floriculture Team of Aysha Slaugh, McKenzie Lindsay, Kaylee Jo Huber and Isabell Owens also placed 2nd in their event. The Uintah FFA Veterinary Sciences Team of Hadley Cook, Jodie Speir, Maycee Cox, and Alyssa Eldredge placed 4th.
