The Rotary Club of Vernal is continuing a fun contest to support local businesses and the local economy. The 3rd annual Shop Local and Win contest starts today and will run for two weeks. The Rotary Club came up with this competition in 2020 during the pandemic when local businesses were in need of some help. The Rotary Club decided that the best way to help local businesses was to get the community involved in supporting them and the Shop Local and Win contest was born. It’s easy to participate and get entered to win great local prizes. Just spend $10 or more at a local business and send a picture of the receipt to Rotary Club of Vernal, UT on Facebook. There will be a drawing at the end of the week with $500 dollars in prizes each week and then a grand prize at the end of the two weeks. The contest runs through April 10th.
