Final numbers are in and Uintah Basin Healthcare has announced how much was raised for Brody’s Fund during the annual UBMC Golf Classic earlier this summer.
Brody’s Fund is a charity named after Brendon and Tiffany Crozier’s angel baby. The fund covers the medical and burial costs for local families who experience infant loss, allowing these families to grieve without added financial stress. Over 80 families have received assistance from Brody’s Fund since its inception.
This year’s golf tournament had 288 players in two flights that enjoyed a day of golf, delicious food, and extra activities. Thanks to the generosity of all involved, a check for $42,000 dollars was recently presented to Brody’s Fund, up from last year’s amount of $34,500 dollars. “I’m incredibly grateful for our marketing team and the amazing day-of volunteers who work so hard behind the scenes to make this event such a success,” says Kyson Snow, Marketing Manager at Uintah Basin Healthcare. “Year after year, this community shows up in powerful ways, and we’re humbled by the generosity and heart that make all of it possible.”
