Rio Grande Pacific Corporation announced on Friday that it has selected the engineering and construction firms for the final engineering and construction of the Uinta Basin Railway. AECOM, the number 1 engineering firm worldwide, will do the final engineering design and Skanska-WW Clyde Joint Venture will do the construction of the railway, excluding the tunnels.
