While the East Myton Complex Fire is not considered a continued threat and containment efforts are going well it does represent something very concerning. Mike Eriksson with Forestry, Fire, and State Lands says this week’s fire east of Myton is the biggest that the state has seen so far this year.

Uintah Basin Healthcare Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Team Receive Trophy
Uintah Basin Healthcare is quick to brag about their amazing staff and their accomplishments. Latest on that list is the Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Team. They are the current recipients of a traveling trophy in the form of a heavyweight boxer style belt for having the “best comprehensive healing rate.” Way to go ladies on being the current title holders and watchkeepers of the West 02 Area Championship Belt.
Local School Bus Drivers Spread Easter Cheer
The Easter Bunny has been as excited as anyone about getting back to normal and putting smiles on kids faces but that doesn't mean he can’t use some extra help. Locally, a special group of people stepped up to do just that. Uintah School District announced on Wednesday that the District’s bus drivers donated 148 Easter baskets filled with candy and toys to the Utah Division of Child and Family Services.
