The 2017 Mercy Award Winner for Ashley Regional Medical Center is Lori Speir. The Mercy Award is given to one employee from each LifePoint Health’s hospitals who demonstrate compassion and commitment to helping others. The award was established in 2002 and is considered the highest honor a LifePoint employee can receive. “At Ashley Regional, we share LifePoint’s commitment to Making Communities Healthier, and we recognize this is supported by the good work and service of our employees on and off the job,” shares Ben Cluff, CEO of Ashley Regional. “We are extremely proud to recognize Lori Speir for her efforts on behalf of our patients and our community. She goes above and beyond each and every day to ensure that every person she encounters receives the highest level of care and compassion.” Lori will be considered for the 2017 company wide Mercy Award to be announced this summer.
