2 Seater Plane Crashes in Uintah County, No Injuries

Things took a turn for the worse last Saturday during a morning flight of a small two seater airplane in Uintah County. According to Uintah County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement and emergency services were dispatched to a field located at 850 East 1500 North just after 11:00am on September 3rd. A small experimental 2-seater airplane occupied by a grandfather and his granddaughter had been out for a scenic flight when the plane lost power and the pilot had to make an emergency landing in the field. No injuries were reported, shares the Sheriff’s Office, and both occupants walked away. The accident is being investigated by the FAA.
