| Event Description | Liberty Energy’s Alive After Five, the Uintah Basin’s original idol competition, returns to downtown Vernal this summer featuring local performers competing for cash prizes. Event dates: The event will take place at the Library Park and will feature live performances from local talent throughout the competition series, along with food trucks and local vendors. Community members are encouraged to attend and support contestants by voting during each round leading up to the finale. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs for seating. Alive After Five is presented by Vernal City and sponsored by Betty’s Cafe, Mountain West Jewelers, Kings Peak Credit Union, Simplot, Ashley Regional Medical Center, Blacksite Storage, Master AutoTech, Pickett Pest Control, TJ’s Tire Pros, Uintah Basin Medical Center, Marsen Furniture, and TJ’s Productions. |

Vernal City Council Meeting
The Vernal City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts. at 6:00pm, and is held at the city hall located at 374 E Main Street in Vernal.
