With events ranging from professional competitions like the PRCA Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo to community celebrations like Holly Days, there’s a little something for everyone

| Event Description | Join the Community Matters Event on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Union High School for an evening focused on families, connection, and education. Enjoy a free family dinner from 5:15–6:00 PM, followed by breakout sessions from 6:00–7:00 PM covering topics such as Internet Safety, SWAT Students, Love and Logic, and therapist presentations for teens and parents. Kids activities and crafts begin at 6:00 PM. The evening concludes with a 7:00 PM keynote address by Porter Ellett, Assistant Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. This free community event is open to everyone—bring your friends and family. |

Vernal City Council Meeting
The Vernal City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts. at 6:00pm, and is held at the city hall located at 374 E Main Street in Vernal.
