With Uintah, Duchesne, and Daggett Counties joining several other counties in the state in moving to “Green”, Utah’s New Normal Risk Phase, TriCounty Health Officer Jordan Mathis is emphasizing that this does not indicate that COVID-19 is gone.

The Duchesne County Library Board is officially asking for statements of qualifications from architectural/engineering firms for services to provide designs for a new library. In recent years, the Roosevelt branch library has exceeded state benchmarks with their stats growing in circulation, frequency of events, attendance, and visits to the library.
