Newly sworn in for Utah Congressional District #1, Congressman Blake Moore gave a live interview Thursday on Newstalk KVEL AM920 and 104.5FM radio that is now available on BasinNow.com. Congressman Moore’s first few days in office were eventful, including taking part in the electoral college certification vote affirming Joe Biden as President-elect in the early morning hours on January 7th.

The TriCounty Health District is still in the same COVID-19 Transmission Index Levels. Uintah County and Duchesne County remain at the High Transmission Level and Daggett County is in the Low Transmission Level. According to TriCounty Health’s press release on Thursday, this means Uintah County had been in high transmission for 70 days, Duchesne County for 70 days and Daggett County in the low transmission level for 86 days.

Roosevelt City’s Winterfest 2021 will include a variety of activities but among the most anticipated is the outdoor ice skating rink. The City shared a fun time lapse video to their Facebook page on Wednesday showing the process of creating the giant rink at the Constitution Park.
