A Vernal fire of a four-plex last week was allegedly a case of Domestic Violence related Arson. 34-year-old Cesar Antonio Guevara has been charged with Domestic Violence related Aggravated Arson, Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence in the Presence of a Child, and Intoxication, among other charges.
