Record Numbers For Hotel Vernal Haunt’s Successful 4th Season
It was a record breaking year for a favorite spooky event put on each year to benefit local charities. Hotel Vernal Haunt organizers have confirmed that this was the event’s biggest year yet. 6,518 thrill seekers went through the Haunt this year with 1,026 visitors experiencing the escape rooms and over 400 enjoying the milder Un-Haunt tour.

Uintah Basin Railway Draft Record Of Decision (ROD) For Ashley National Forest
The draft Record Of Decision or ROD for the Ashley National Forest portion of the Uinta Basin Railway Project has been issued, moving the approval process to the next step. In this step, those who have previously submitted comments are eligible to file an objection to the project for a period of 45 days.
