The Interfaith Council has put together the ‘Vernal Christian Women’s Conference’ to be held next Saturday which is all about bringing women together to enjoy speakers, musical numbers, and a service project.
US Forest Service Issues Avalanche Warning
The Utah Avalanche Center has increased the current avalanche danger ratings from moderate to considerable throughout Utah. Specifically in the Uintas, that moderate danger is found above the tree line on the slopes facing the north half of the compass. It is where both new and older wind drifts rest on top of weak snow.
