Spring means construction season and the Utah Department of Transportation is wasting no time in getting started, including work on Highway 40 in the Gusher area. The resurfacing project resumed this month near milepost 125 at approximately 11285 East Randlett and SR 88.

Little Hole Trail Gets a Makeover
The Office of Outdoor Recreation, part of the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, recently completed a project near Flaming Gorge. The Little Hole Trail had a unique problem as river release flows submerged the wood boardwalk causing it to become dilapidated and unsafe.

Jones National Fish Hatchery Makes Presentation at Chamber of Commerce

The Hatchery was founded in 1968 to provide management and production of trout for mitigation of Colorado River Storage Project waters of the Upper Colorado River System and to meet Tribal trust responsibilities on Native American land.
