Uintah Fire District Sees Slight Decrease In Service Calls
Uintah County Fire Marshal Jeremy Raymond reported last week on highlights within the Uintah Fire District in 2021. Total call volume was down from 2020 with a total of 491 fires. The highest call volume was for brush fires while false fire alarm calls were up from the year before.
February Employment Report
According to the most recent data from the Department of Workforce Services, employment in Utah increased by 4.2 percent from one year ago with the economy adding 66,000 jobs since February 2020.
