Bureau of Land Management to Conduct Pariette Wetlands Prescribed Fire

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Vernal Field Office has announced plans to implement the Pariette Prescribed Fire in Uintah County during the last week of February through March 31st. The exact days depends on the weather and the project will be located in the southern part of Uintah County just North of Ouray and Pelican Lake.

Uintah School District Resumes Board Adopted Schedule

With cases of COVID-19 dropping, local schools are ready to get back to a more normal schedule. Uintah School District announced that on Friday, March 4th, Uintah schools will return to the Friday schedule adopted by the Uintah School Board for the 2021-2022 school year.
