Uintah County Emergency Management shared on Tuesday that a Winter Storm Watch has been put into effect and areas of the region are primed for some snow, at least in the mountains. According to their announcement, the storm watch will be in effect from late Wednesday night through Friday morning.

The Wildlife Board approved new space as part of the Cooperative Wildlife Management Unit program. This DWR program allocates hunting permits to private landowners who then provide hunting opportunities to public and private hunters for a variety of wildlife species.
