As of Thursday, November 11th, TriCounty Health Department reported 8,648 total COVID-19 cases in the tri-county area to date, an increase of 21 new cases from the day before. There have been 7 new COVID-19 related deaths in the last 7 days and 14 new COVID-19 related hospitalizations.

Ashley Valley Community Cats are hoping to save the lives of a group of feral cats that were found in a property that has now been torn down. The property, located in Vernal, was found with 23 feral cats and the property is now cleared for new construction.

$1.2 Million Flaming Gorge Marina Project Complete
Boating infrastructure on Flaming Gorge has had some major upgrades lately. The Division of Wildlife Resources announced Tuesday that the $1.2 million dollar project that installed over 30 boat slips at the Lucerne Valley Marina is now complete. The project was the first funded in Utah by a Boating Infrastructure Grant.
