Two New Members Named to the Utah Wildlife Board

Duchesne County Man Arrested After Sending Threatening Letter to Court
A Duchesne County man was arrested over the weekend after sending a threatening letter to the 8th District Court. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 70-year-old Chester Roger Webster “[sent] a letter to the Judge of Record demanding money and that his son be released from jail.
