The Bureau of Land Management has issued a fire prevention order for all BLM administered lands in the state of Utah. According to the Department of Interior, the following acts are prohibited on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) areas, lands, roads, waterways, and trails in the State of Utah until rescinded: First, the non-commercial use or discharge of explosives of any kind.

Missing Teen Found Deceased in Remote Area
The Uintah County Sheriff’s Office announced on Tuesday a sad conclusion to the search for the missing Uintah County teen. “At approximately 2:30 p.m. today,” shared the Sheriff’s Office, “a Uintah County Search and Rescue team located the body of Max Stubbs near his parked vehicle in a remote area south of Jensen.
New Roosevelt City Manager Contract Approved During Tuesday Council Meeting
Roosevelt City has found a replacement for their city manager position and they didn’t have to go far to find him. Joshua Bake signed the contract during the Roosevelt City Council meeting on Tuesday. Bake is coming from Naples City where he has served as the city manager since 2014.
