The declaration states that this constitutes an official recognition that there is a local emergency affecting Naples City and that it provides a legal basis for requesting and obtaining mutual aid and disaster assistance.

The Duchesne County Library System announced Tuesday that their libraries have been closed to the public until further notice. “Curbside checkout continues and returns to the drop boxes have now resumed,” shares their announcement. “The library has instituted a quarantine procedure to address health concerns about returned items.”
